- Ordering equipment
- Creating job folders, maintaining upcoming and current projects, closing job folders.
- Coordinating with Install, Accounting and Warehouse departments
- Process Warranties, rebates, change orders etc
- Assists with AR
- Pulling Permits
- Track purchase Orders
- Schedule duct tests, gas tests, initial/final inspections, corrections etc.
- Handles customers needs and concerns positively and promptly
- 2 or more years in HVAC Install Coordination
- Data entry and basic computer skillsTime management capability

- Accurate creation of agreements, invoices, maintenance agreements, as well as detailed notes and communications skillsets.
- EPA Certification
- Knowledge in preventative maintenance for all gas, electric and propane HVAC systems.
- Expertise in diagnostic skills and accurate trouble shooting procedures.
