Gave an honest proposal, worked within my budget and was able to suggest future options without being pushy. Great experience!

They completed the installation when they said they would. They cleaned up all of the removed material and took it away. They were neat and clean when going up into the attic from our bedroom closet.

We had a vibration noise in the air ducts, and was determined it was being caused by the filter.

After a hot spell our heat pump was no longer able to cool our house. Based on Yelp reviews I started calling vendors. Environmental was the second place I called, and they were able to come out the same day, so we went with them. The technician arrived promptly, was tidy and courteous. I described the symptoms and he quickly identified the problems. After replacing a blown capacitor he was able to demonstrate that the refrigerant level was slightly low, and patiently explained all the ways this could have happened and how it would make a difference to properly balance the levels. He estimated 2-3 lbs but was able to bring the system up to spec with 1.5 lbs. Very satisfied with the service and they guarantee their work for a year.
